Summary
Maintains facility equipment in accordance with prescribed preventative maintenance schedules, conducts emergency repairs quickly to maintain production flow and quality standards using various hand tools, power equipment, and technical manuals and blue prints.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
1. Operate assigned equipment safely in accordance with company and OSHA safety programs and rules.
2.Performs work in accordance to approved procedures and work instructions.
3. Monitors Quality Points at work station and records required data.
4. Reports quality and production concerns and issues to supervisor.
5. Cross trains on all work stations within department.
6. Conducts operator level preventative maintenance on all assigned equipment according to the preventative maintenance schedule.
7. Keeps work environment neat and clean.
8.All other duties as required.

Problem Solving - Identifies and resolves problems in a timely manner; WorksEstimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
