Requirements:
Current Arkansas Registered Nurse (RN) license & CPR certification required Minimum of one to two years' psych experience Compassionate Psychiatric RN with great time management skills Professional knowledge and experience indicating an adequate understanding of diagnoses and treatments of mental disorder and medication side effects/effects Previous Home Health or Hospice experience preferred Job duties:
Supervise patient care Coordinate all aspects of patient care; initiates and updates the plan of care Complete all documents timely, including Oasis, 485, order submission Supervise, orient, and teach other clinical personnel when needed Assure compliance with local, state, and federal laws including problem resolution, complaint investigation Full-Time
